2025 Payment Terms & Conditions

Annual Registration Fee Non-Refundable
- A $50.00 annual registration fee is payable per student upon enrolment.
- This fee secures your child’s spot in their selected classes and covers insurance and administrative costs.

Payment Options
Dance Nation offers two payment options:
1. Auto Pay Enrolment (Preferred)
- Families can opt into Auto Pay for convenience.
- Fortnightly instalments will be debited from your nominated account or credit card on [specific day, e.g., Fridays].
2. Upfront Term Payments (Non-Auto Pay)
- Families not enrolled in Auto Pay must pay the full term fee upfront, five days before the term begins.
- Students cannot attend classes until term fees are paid in full. This policy applies strictly from 2025.

Payment Structure
- Auto Pay: Payments are made fortnightly, covering two weeks of classes in advance.
- Upfront Term Payments: Cover the entire term in advance.

Refunds and Attendance
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Fees must be paid regardless of attendance; missed classes do not qualify for a refund or credit.

Pro-Rated Fees for New Students
- Students enrolling mid-term will receive a pro-rated fee for the remaining classes.
- Future payments will follow the standard schedule.

Dishonoured Payments (Auto Pay)
- A $15 dishonour fee applies to failed direct debit attempts.
- Outstanding payments must be resolved within seven days to avoid disruptions to enrolment.

Debt Recovery
- Patrons agree to pay all outstanding invoices as per these terms.
- Unpaid balances may result in debt recovery proceedings at the patron’s expense.

Holiday Periods and Equal Payments
- Fortnightly and term fees are calculated to include non-teaching weeks, such as school holidays.

Private Tuition and Costumes
- Fees for private tuition and costumes are separate and must be paid by cash or bank deposit.

Agreement
By enrolling at Dance Nation, you agree to these terms and conditions and accept your payment obligations. If you opt into Auto Pay, you authorise Dance Nation to deduct payments as scheduled from your nominated account.
